Refund policy

Our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), so we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size chosen at checkout. Please use the size guide before ordering. However, your satisfaction matters:

 

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: We'll replace or refund them at no cost. Email support@betabeauty.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

 

Wrong item received: We'll make it right — same process.

 

Lost in transit: Contact us and we'll resolve it with our print partner.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Because items are printed on demand, we're unable to accept general returns or exchanges for size/color changes once printing has begun.
