When will my order ship?
Every Beta BEAUTY item is made on demand (printed just for you). Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping is 3–7 business days — typically 5–12 business days total. You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships.
How much is shipping?
Flat $4.95 — and free on orders over $50.
Where do you ship?
United States to start, with more regions coming soon.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because items go into production quickly, orders can't be changed once printing begins. Contact us fast at inspire@betabeauty.tech and we'll do our best.
RETURNS & ISSUES
Do you accept returns?
Our items are made to order, so we don't accept returns for a change of mind or wrong size chosen at checkout — please use the size guide before ordering. But if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong, we'll replace or refund it at no cost. Email inspire@betabeauty.tech within 14 days with your order number and a photo.
My order hasn't arrived — help?
Reach out with your order number and we'll track it down with our print partner.
PRODUCT & SIZING
How do the sizes run?
The Signature Tee and Hoodie come in S–2XL. Check the size guide on each product page for measurements — they run true to size.
How are the products made?
Print-on-demand: each piece is produced after you order, which means less waste and something made just for you.
